Travel map

Pick a start and a destination and the map finds the fastest connection via flight paths, ships, zeppelins, tram and portals. Your faction, class and level are taken into account. The route is also listed below the map, and the link lets you share it together with your own markers. The map is drawn schematically, some travel times are estimates.

Tap a zone or place, or use Tab and the arrow keys. Zoom: Ctrl or ⌘ plus mouse wheel (without the key the page keeps scrolling), plus and minus, zero resets, pinch or double click. On touch screens one finger scrolls the page, two fingers zoom. Drag moves the map, so do Shift plus arrow keys. Esc closes the info box.

You can show flight routes, portals and walking paths here.

Legend entries are switches: show or hide a type of transport, choose Alliance or Horde. Each type has its own line style, colour and symbol. Flights and walking paths are thin in the overview and full when zoomed in.

How to plan a route: choose how it should run. Set points by clicking or tapping the map or with “Add place”, and reorder them with the drag handle or the arrow buttons. The route appears on the map and below.
