What arrives this week
Josh Greenfield announced that exactly one new dungeon is available in the Forever beta this week: the Excavation Site. It is part of the level 30 update, sits in the Wetlands and is meant for levels 24 to 29 according to Wowhead. The patch notes list levels 26 to 31.
Dalaran has to wait
The dungeon in the city of Dalaran is not part of the current build and is due in a later beta update. There is also a correction regarding battlegrounds: only one battleground is available this week, not several.
