New pets in two capitals
In WoW: Forever you can discover new pets in two of the best-known cities: Stormwind and Undercity.
Baby Crocolisk in Stormwind
Alliance players found that the Sewer Beast, which patrols the Stormwind canals, can drop a Baby Crocolisk pet. In the beta it is a level 50 elite, yet huge raid groups have already taken it down.
Excitable Slime in Undercity
The second pet is found in Undercity and needs no raid group. It does take a bit more effort though, mostly in working out what to do.
How to get it
- Buy a Nutritious Slime Sludge from the vendor in Undercity at around /way 56.2 64.6.
- Jump into the canal and find a patrolling Excitable Slime.
- Spam the /dance emote at the slime until it dances back.
- This takes several tries, so keep going.
- Eventually the slime offers you a quest.
- To finish it, trade the slime the Nutritious Slime Sludge and you receive an Excitable Slime of your own.
A dancing companion
The best part: emoting /dance at your slime companion makes it dance again, so you can groove with it wherever you are.
