New WoW: Forever Vendor Caps Prices of High-End Reagents
- 1 min read
Black Market and a new vendor
The Black Market Auction House was added back in Mists of Pandaria and has made its way into World of Warcraft: Forever. Alongside it comes a new vendor who appears to set a price cap on expensive Classic crafting materials, including Black Lotus and Arcane Crystals.

Unlimited stock at a fixed price
The vendor stands in Powderfuse Port in the Riverglades and sells some of the most expensive crafting materials from WoW Classic with no limit. This looks aimed at countering the price gouging seen in Classic 2019 and on the Anniversary servers.
The first page of his inventory also lists new crafting materials that could otherwise have become extremely expensive. As an example, an ore that Miners already find in the Beta sells for just 1 Silver, while the vendor charges 5 Gold. This is likely meant to avoid crashing prices for Miners who gather it themselves, and the same goes for other materials on offer.

Gift of Galloping
The vendor also sells Gift of Galloping for 150 gold. This consumable grants a temporary 10% mount speed increase lasting 15 days of real time. It stacks with other mount speed bonuses, such as the iconic trinket.
How to get there: take the boat from Steamwheedle Port in Tanaris directly to Powderfuse Port.
