Hardcore arrives after launch
In the What's Next panel for Hardcore it was revealed that World of Warcraft: Forever will not launch with Hardcore mode enabled. Anyone who has been waiting for the mode will have to be patient.
Earlier at BlizzCon, Blizzard had already confirmed during the roadmap reveal that Hardcore is coming to WoW: Forever. The fact that the mode follows after the start matches the overview of play modes, where Hardcore is listed as "Arriving Post-Launch".
What is known so far
- Hardcore is not available at launch.
- The panel only said it is coming "soon".
- More information will likely follow as the release gets closer.
Blizzard has not named a specific date so far.
