The Ghost Wolf as a flashbang
The latest beta build made the Shaman Ghost Wolf form noticeably brighter blue than usual. Many players joked that the form had become a flashbang.
Senior Game Designer Aidan Moon confirmed that the brightness is not meant to stay. The old look will come back, but it will take some time.
Why the form glows
According to Wowhead, the Ghost Wolf had real problems in low-light zones, where the model was essentially invisible. The extra brightness is therefore only a stopgap that gives Blizzard time to implement a permanent fix. Once that is done, the Ghost Wolf should look normal again.
