Cat Form at level 20
Druids unlock Bear Form at level 10, but Cat Form only arrives at level 20 through a quest. In WoW: Forever each race has a slightly different version, yet the objective is always the same: collect three relics from the Stormrage Barrow Den.
Update: Wowhead has since reported that the issue should be resolved.
The problem
The relics are currently a massive bottleneck and appear to be bugged. Players who try to loot them get a "no loot" error. Players suspect the quest items can only be looted when just one person clicks the statues at a time.
As a result, many druids are lining up at the spot for a quest that may not be completable. Reports also say griefers are spam-clicking the lootable object to keep others from finishing.
The issue has been reported on Reddit and several times on the official forums.
